help with potential ram problem on new system

Thanks Besty and Nasher for the help in this thread.

Raising the VCCIO voltage in the BIOS has stabilised my system, no glitching whatsoever (touch wood), and no boot failures (touch wood again).

Danlightbulb: no problem, good to hear you are up and running.

Make sure you save or write down the settings just incase your cmos corrupts at some point. Saving them to USB is OK but Gigabyte can and do invalidate saved files when they update their BIOS versions:)

I take screenshots with my phone now, of all the settings.

It would be good to get confirmation that these ram and voltage settings are safe for the long term.

My vccio is set at 1.16v and vccsa at 1.25v.

Dram voltage is 1.36v with timings set as per ram rating.

Cpu core is 1.24v running at 4.4ghz.

Nobody has reported any rapid degradation at those settings. You're not likely to get any kind of 'confirmation' on these types of things.
