Help with Ram Please

Hi im looking to buy some more ram for my laptop

I already have 4GB PC3 10600S DDR3 Laptop RAM and i have been offered DDR3 PC3-12800,1600MHz, 204 PIN SODIMM ram and wondered if it will work in my machine?

Depends on the chipset if can take 1600mhz, I doubt you notice any day to day performance increases.

looking on the Intel website, depending on what cpu you have you can run 1600mhz memory.
