I'm also seeing logs for a GPUID 400 error but with a missing message. I was only browsing at the time so under no stress. Anyone able to point me to diagnose the issue or what I can do health check wise.

I started getting blocks like that after updating to the latest Nvidia driver, but never had a crash or restart.

Rolled back to the driver i had before (531.61) and all is well again. Games/benchmarks/general use, all back to normal.

119 is a video scheduler error. I have had a few. It's an OS issue, but in my case I believe that it was related to GPU undervolting. I have had no problems since I gave up on that and went back to the default profile.

I have had this before when connecting a new 144hz monitor with a HDMI cable.
At 60Hz it would work fine, but anything higher would cause weird blocking and instability.
The fix for me was changing to a Display Port cable
