Looking for help on this install. I'm sold on the above components but can't decide on the rest. Your help to finish this spec would be appreciated.

- SSD for OS (Win7 64bit). I've heard of some MB using a mSATA with intel Rapid start which I like the sound of but don't know if it offers any practical advantage
- Motherboard - Needs to overclock, USB 3.0. I would like it to control all fan speeds based on temperatures and ramp up and down etc. I'm planning on a watercooled build not sure it this has an impact. Don't need BT, Wifi, Audio, Video etc.
- PSU to power everything up. Looking for modular.
- RAM - will be used as HTPC, Server and for gaming.
- Blueray player (not necessarily a recorder).

You have 3 CPU's, you only need 1!

Do you need all those HDD's as well?
What is your budget?

Not sure if you can Watercool with that case, as it only has a rear 80mm fan?

I fixed the 3 CPU issue thanks.

2x2TBs will be for documents, photos, music etc. They will be in RAID to ensure backup the other HDD is for Movie and TV collection. Will potentially be recording a lot of TV on this. I can change the case if needs be but the case is quite large so there are a number of options. Air flow can be from right to left as there are 2*140mm fan spaces on each side.

Budget is not an issue at the moment. I'm looking for good quaility build with high performance. If someone has any comments on the CPU/GPU let me know but I think these are one of the best without going completely overboard.

Do you need a case like that as you can get a very nice system into a Prodigy case which is quite small as well. If your gaming then you don't need a 3770k, a 3570k will do the job nicely and again a 680 you can switch out for a 7970 or 7950/overclocked.

Depending on what case you want, I can spec you something up.

you said price wasnt an issue so i threw in a really good motherboard to go with the 3770k and also a really solid psu seasonic is recommended by nearly everyone on the forums you mentioned m-sata ssds that one has the fastest read and write speeds although if you want a smaller ssd there are smaller version (60, 90, 120, 180). The ram is really good ram i have it and you can overclock it aswell to around 2133mhz it also has lifetime warranty. The Blueray drive is an rewritable and as it was only 10 pounds more i thought there was no reason not too

I'm not entirely sold on the case but it will be a HTPC sitting beside my amp so I would like it to blend in. What restrictions is the case on the current build? I thought the graphics card would be the limiting factor and it will fit.
