help with spec for quiet & cool sff build (Sugo SG03)

I use a Enermax Modu 82+ PSU in the SUG01 case which is very quiet and as modular keeps wires to the minium. The standard fans that came with the case are pretty noisey at full pelt so I would replace them if you intend on using a fan. I had them pretty quiet under volt'd however when I saw how cool the system was running I took them out.

Guys I am really torn between the sg01 and sg03. I think the black sg01 may suit my room a lot better and since dangerous dave mentions he does not have any cooling issues using the cpu in my spec I may give that a go.

Damn but I also like the black sg03... it's not easy to choose !

If I go for the sg01 will I need any extra fans inside or are there any I need to swap out with Noctua's. Even if they are installed for use just for the summer months or at really low voltage.

I am starting to order a few of the bits now. Shame ocuk does not appear to sell the cpu and cooler though.

Will probably order the case last when I have decided.

I have the SG01 case and it comes with 2 fans however there are 3 fan brackets. I instantly put in 3 sharkoon 1000s - dead silent.

There are also different versions of the SG01. If you want to future proof for longer graphics cards the SG01-F version is designed for these, dunno about the other versions!
 
If the Modu 82+ 425W has the same length power cable as the 525W, it is slightly cumbersome in a SG03. But will be the same with any brand.

The lead snakes down then along and up in below picture.

I'm considering buying one of their modu 82+ psus for an sg01 setup. What are you cpu temps, if you don't mind me asking, and what cpu/heatsink combo are you using?

CPU temps sit around 45c when playing HD video, idles at 40c ish. I use the Silverstone NT06-E heatsink and a AMD 4850e chip on a Abit A-N78HD motherboard. Onboard graphics temp around 60c and hard drive sits at 32-33c this is with no case fans.

Case: Sugo SG03 or SG01-F Black (leaning towards SG01)
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H (rev 2.0)
Proc : AMD Athlon x2 5050e
Cooler: NT06-E
Memory: Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C4 TwinX (2x1GB)
Graphics: Probably use my Matrox Parhelia (if it fits).
HD: Already have Sata drives
PSU: Enermax Modu 82+ 425W EMD425AWT Modular ATX2.3 Silent PSU (if my current PSU does not fit).
Optical: External for occasional use.
