help with ssd please?

a guy at work has asked me to help him buy an ssd for his old win xp pc at hone.

he has a 30gb hd at the moment so doesn't need anything expensive or big.

what would you reccommend? He doesn't want to spend a lot either.

remember as its an "old xp pc" it probably has a SATA I controller so you will not get the speeds described in the product details. It will be faster than the hard drive but most of the benefit will be lost.
