hi guys I have a segate 7200 .10 drive 250gb hd

not sure if this is the reason my pc keeps hanging on boot up but

It keeps asking to check partition D on boot and once i manage to boot I get delayed write error on Drive d

my disk structure is as follows

disk1- 120gb [c:drive |linux swap|ext3|E:drive]
disk2 - 250gb [ D:drive |f:drive | G:drive]

I have ran segate tools and it reports that both drives are fine, well drive 1 has gone over temp threshold once.

i also can hear i pinging sound I guess this one of my drives not had side off yet to investigate but seeing how both OS's on are the 1 drive may be hard too.

Anyway can you let me know if HD failure is round the corner and whcih drive is faulty .

cheers in advance
