Hello

just got a tom tom

been trying to work out how to put in multiple address for the last hour lol

can anyone tell me how to do it please.

no I've got a job for the winter delivering parcels so need to put multiple addresses into it.

I know from Google it does not put them in closest route but its better than nothing

Im working for two

one is hermes and the other is home delivery network

I don't have a TomTom, but would it involve something to do with creating your own POI files or something like that?

Ye could do it that way but if i could just sort them out at the start i would not have to keep stopping and starting.

I think its something to do with that. Another driver told me its in there but i can't work it out.

I guess you could do the last one on your list as your first destination and put the rest in using the via option.

I've looked at that link before but i can't find and itinerary options it keeps mentioning.

I've only got my phone to its hard work trying to look it all up.

The set via works but its a bit of messing but better than nothing

If you put in the addresses and let it compute then you can find them again under "recent destinations".
You may then be able to add them as favourites.

Just put in address and add as fav? That's what the feature is there for

While we're on Tomtom help, mine takes ages to turn on now, it sits on the logo screen for ages. Any ideas? Can I just wipe it and install fresh or something?

Yeah you can do a 'factory reset' so to speak (I think via the computer software on the PC rather than via the device).

As above, I have a tomtom, and ASAIK, you can't, you just have to enter a new address each time
