Help with ultra budget CPU

or given he will be using this system for the next 6 to 12 months he can stick with the 939 idea and use a venice 3000+ which will give him far more CPU power than a Celery 356 and at the point of upgrade use the same board for an AM2 AM2+ or AM3 CPU as by the time he upgrades again K8L will be here and if history is correct it will be cheaper than the equivalent intel offerings.
