help with upgrade

hi all i have a old pc that is running very slow so looking at upgrading building a new one i all ready have the following

monitor
psu
keyboard mouse
os windows 7
dvd drive

the pc will be used for every day needs ie word processing Internet and burning of home moves ie vids of family days not gaming so on board gpu will be fine a matx would be best but not a problem as i do have room for a bigger case i would also like a ssd for os if possible but not essential just after a pc that will do all the above and is quicker than my old one for as cheep as possible

am sure of the old spec as its for my bro i no it has 4g ddr2 ram and think it might be a dule core old cpu i no the hd are ide thats about all i no the budget is around 150 to 200 if that helps but alclose to 150 as possable
