Help with upgrade

Hi everyone

I need some advice on an upgrade of cpu/motherboard and ram. My pc currently is a 4570 with a z87 with,16gig
It's used for gaming and general web browsing
Budget is about£500, my gpu is a 1070 and I used a 1080 monitor.
WiFi would be helpful but could always add a card
I was think 3600 b450 thomahawk and 16 GB
But any advice would be helpful as I can't seem to make my mind up over 3600 or5600 or intel

3600 v 5600x diffrence in cost about £120 for a 24% performance boost on average at 1080p but this is reduced at higher resoloution.

Intel are releasing there new cpu in march it mite be worth waiting.
 
We are so near the release of the intel 11400f I would wait for reviews, hopefully around the 15th March. Intel are claiming some big performance claims so it should be ahead of the 3600 and not far from the 5600x for about half the price.

Asuming 11th gen wont have any price hikes.
