Hello
Looking at the system requirements on steam to play the VR version you would need a new motherboard/RAM/CPU/GFX card upgrade. Your Current system is the absolute minimum system requirements.

Keep the power supply & storage drives.
I'll give you an idea on what you need to spend to do what you want:

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £970.06 (includes shipping: £11.10)

Hi m freind is selling this would with be better playing games with vr

  • Asus Z170 Pro Motherboard
  • Intel core i7 6700K CPU
  • Corsair Vengeance White LED 64GB DDR4 3200MHz
  • 512GB SSD Samsung Pro
  • Asus Turbo-GTX 6GB Graphics Card
  • Corsair H110I watercooled heat sink
  • Corsair CX750m power supply
  • Corsair 750D Windowed case
  • TP-LINK TL-WDN4800N900Dual

No, don't buy that. The CPU is too weak and the GPU uncertain. @Grimley has detailed the guts of a good system, though I would go for a full-size GPU as they are quieter. The better the GPU the smoother your experience will be. You'll need a PSU - don't trust an old PSU - and case. Then just transplant your drives. (Granted, a fresh install onto a new SSD is best.) There's nothing wrong with having four drives. Indeed, it spreads the load.

Two things to note: the B550 motherboards - updates of the B450 - are a month off and new Nvidia GPUs are hoped to be 3-4 months off. We should know more about the latter next week.

And don't bother with fluid cooling. Air cooling is quieter absent extreme overclocks.

The B450 is a placeholder for a B550 board and I've selected the RX 5700 XT as it's only slightly weaker than the 2070S for much less money. And, as I said, there are new Nvidia GPUs in the offing.

I've just watched a video which has stated that B450 motherboards will not be compatible with the next generation of Ryzen CPUs because of BIOS limitations, so you should definitely wait for B550 motherboards.

How would this syste compare to the one you have specced above
Corsair RM850x 850W Modular 80+ Gold PSU

- NZXT H510i Mid Tower Gaming Case

- Noctua NH-D15 chromax.black CPU Cooler

- ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING AMD Motherboard

- AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6GHz 6 Core (Socket AM4) CPU

- Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER Gaming OC 8GB

- Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2 x 16GB) 3000MHz DDR4

- Sabrent Rocket Q 1TB m2 NVMe SSD

- ASENNO 1TB SSD

In short, I don't think much of it. I think you are making probably suboptimal choices with many components.

That PSU is way overkill unless you're planning on running two GPUs. You should check that that CPU cooler will fit in the case. Do wait for the B550 motherboards if you can; if you cannot, go for the MSI MAX series because they are pre-flashed to work with the Ryzen 3000 series. The Ryzen 3600 has 6 cores; the gaming future is 8 cores. The 2070S is a little faster than the RX 5700 but is the choice if you have a GSync monitor. And the sweet spot for Ryzen RAM is 3600 MHz. The Sabrent Rocket has a good reputation and I've never heard of Asenno.
