Hi, I recently came across the system health report function in Windows 7 so thought I'd run it and see what it came up with.
Once the 60 second scan had finished I was left with the following error :
"A service is reported as having an unexpected error code"
Cause : One or more services has failed. The service did not end gracefully, suggesting the service may have crashed or one of it's components stopped in an unsupported way.
Details : Service exited with code not equal to 0 or 1077
Resolution : Restart the service
When I click on the link the abnormally stopped services are listed as :
p2psvc and PNRPsvc
I was wondering if these 2 errors could be the reason my PC crashes/freezes at intermittent times ?
I also have a suspicion I may have slightly incompatible RAM if this could contribute to such errors ?
Any help resolving these errors would be very much appreciated as I really want my machine to be running stable.
My other specs are :
AMD Phenom 2 955 BE
4GB OCZ Platinum Edition @ 1.9v
ASUS m4a785td-v evo
ASUS 8800GTS 320mb
500GB Samsung spinpoint F3
