Help! Wont boot to windows after upgrade!

Glad that I'm back in, things still seem amiss though so a fresh install may still be on the cards. A few more questions:
1. Is there a simple way to remove all the old gigabyte drivers?
2. Should be uninstalling and reinstalling some things? CCC for one and maybe Asus GPU tweek? I was just putting the GPU tweek settings back to how I had them before and got blue screened, not sure if the two are linked?
3. Now I have access to both drives, media I can move across, but is there anyway of moving programes and things across intact? Like steam, origin, xbmc and most importantly my Sickbeard, Couch Potato and SABnzbd? (that will take ages to set up again)
I suspect not but worth asking!

It settled down eventuality and seems ok for now. Have updated all drivers and reinstalled CCC with the latest beta and all seems good. Heaven 3 scores have gone up 30-35% so seem to have released a nice bottleneck there!
I think I'll see how she goes for now, an SSD is on the cards pretty soon so would rather wait until then before a fresh install if possible, but we'll see.
