Earlier I was changing the header image to one of my own, to do this effectively I needed either have no 'Weblog title' or take out the string in the header that displayed it.
I chose to take the title away, however, now when submitting a page/blog/option change I get presented with a blank page with no source showing. OK I though, I'd just change the title back and take out the string in the header, after a bit of hit and miss I finally found it, however the blank pages are still there.
So whats the deal with this? Did I somehow manage to break the FTY effect? Did I somehow manage to break the core admin files?

Edit: Offending files/pages;
Comments, admin submit/save/publish links, theme selection, plugin detection. Permalink page works fine, as did the FTY effect on it.
Can sumbit entries from digg without any hassle, have disabled plugins and gone to the default theme and its still the same.
The feeds and the export option in the admin window only output text aswell.
I really don't want to have to do a new install as I've only just got this one right.
