Yes, probably.

You'll need to check whether it's an IDE or SATA drive because that may influence your choice of motherboard for a new PC - some newer boards only have 1 IDE port so can only support 2 IDE devices, this may be limiting for you.

Think about backups too, moving the disk into a new machine is going to be best achieved with a format of the disk and a reinstall of Windows, therefore you're going to need to stash anything you want to keep on some other media.
