Okay so after playing crysis yesterday, my PC decided to turn itself off. I couln't smell anything so assumed (yeah I know don't assume:D) every was okay, tried to trun on the rig (see sig for specs) and the RED LED on the Coolermaster M620 lit up. I've tried reconnecting everything, starting without drive's. So far nothing has worked

The Green (SB?) LED on the motherboard is on. ? Also currently trying to get hold of Coolermaster...

I'm happy to supply more information at request. Don't really know what else there is to say:D

What would you suggest I try?

Yeah the E8400 is @4ghz but too late to change that now LOL!!

Can borrow a freinds 500w PSU at the weekend... Anything I can do in the meantime??

Yea you can still reset your overclock by taking out the cmos battery for a min then replacing it. You can then see if your PC will boot then. As it may just be the PC cant take the overclock anymore for some reason, so reseting may let you boot and redo a lower overclock.

Still No Good. Right thats my overclock ruled out. Phew!!

I assume that leaves PSU or MOBO...

i would still test with another PSU just to be sure, and also cause in rare cases PSU's blowing can take out other components. So you want to make sure everything else is running fine if it is just the PSU.

Also my coolmaster has a red light when there is still power going to it after i shut down and i also have a few leds on the motherboard even when off.

Well, if you download the manual from CoolerMaster's website, it says the Red LED says it's FUBARed. What do you think the red light that normally isn't on means? Hookers available perhaps?:D
