Help!!

My Internet keeps disconnecting. However when ever i use the land line phone it reconnects. Im with sky and viewing the netgear router it shows no connection. Ive checked all the telephone splitters and they all appear to be plugged in.

Anyone have anyideas?

Sounds like (no pun intended) you have a high open fault, check if you have any crackling on the phone at all - if you have then report the fault to your voice line provider (however you pay your line rental to).

DO NOT mention you have broadband problems or you'll likely do 50 laps round india and get nowhere.

If theres no crackling (unlikely) then report directly to your ISP.

unplug all filters and phones, and try one by one

could just be one bad filter knocking the rest out..

This sounds right the crackling can be so bad sometimes you cant even hear who your talking to!!
