On my advice a friend of mine bought this system from here a month ago.
"Titan Predator" Intel Core i3 530 2.93GHz @ 4.20GHz ATI Edition DDR3 System

From day one he has had problems with his graphics card crashing during gaming. He has a ATI 5830 in it.

He has tried resetting bios to default in case it was an unstable over clock and when he got in touch with OC they said return the graphics card. He recieved a replacement yesterday and it is still crashing as before.

What do you guys suggest he does now....to me it must mean either a PSU , motherboard or memory issue.

He is in the process of running a memory test on each stick to see if it is a memory issue but i dont think he should have to do this

Is he entitled to return this pc for proper testing at no cost to himself, or will he have to pay to get it sent back.

Any suggestions most welcome

He has done a clean install and has all the latest drivers. He tried using 1 stick of memory at a time and still had the same problem.

update......he has put the graphics card in the second pciex slot and has been running ok for an hour........looks like a faulty motherboard

we have checked everything....temps, fans, memory, changed graphics cards, done reinstall of windows twice, tried all newest drivers....the only thing we cant check is psu, we think its either a faulty psu or otherboard....anyone else have an idea what to do
