Anyone know what i should do?

Faulty PS3 went back to cash generator, they do not reply to my emails and no refund.

Paypal have said that the tracking company they used to collect which is UKmail do not show the actual address on the tracking info, only the shop name. So they cannot do anything.

So stolen money, no console and no one helps.

Maybe that's how they generate cash.

I'm not sure. Sorry for being unhelpful.

UK Mail will have the address somewhere, along with a signature.

If you get no response, PHONE paypal and ask them to investigate further, emails are slow and don't tend to get as thorough a response as when you actually speak to somebody.

Spoke to paypal, say they need a address, UKmail only shows a store name. They said that unless a address is verified the case will be closed.

Guess i am about to lose my money, i highly doubt the store are going to phone Paypal and verify they have the goods.

How long has it been?

Can you find a registered company address for Cash Generators? If so then send a recorded delivery letter to it stating you have had no contact and need to know a repair time. If no reply within a week then send a second recorded delivery letter advising you will take legal action if not contacted within two weeks.

Then start small claims court procedings if no progress after that time.
