Im using an MSI B650 Tomahawk with that chip and have been more than happy with it.

They should all support the 7800X3D by now out of the box as far as I am aware

Wow they have gone down in price a lot! I don’t even want to look at XTX prices.
I'm doing my best to avoid XTX process too
If you pick a board you like then you can check the QVL supported processors (and RAM too). I have heard good things about the motherboard Henry hoov3r has and I have the X670E version of it which supported the 7800x3d out of the box back in November.
If you still aren't sure then let us know which you are looking at and I'll happily double check the QVL list too.
