Can anyone recommend a helpdesk product, ideally with a web portal for clients to log their own faults, but also via email (must work with exchange 2007) and also have a mobile version (Windows mobile or Blackberry)

looking for something new at work and I will be using it the most remotely (currently using sharepoint internally which works fine, just isnt easily accessable without my laptop and no mobile email at present)

Theres an old thread on here somewhere from 2 weeks back, but i currently use SysAid - its got a web interface for the End user portal (they can log, cancel and check status of jobs along with the customer FAQ). There is also mobile support for browsers on the iphone etc. Cant vouch for Exchange tie in as i havent used it but it has a built in LDAP and email server support. I think you can get a free trial for 31 days etc.

we use it at our place and its pretty good and also pretty cheap. We have the support suite which includes live chat so people can chat directly with your helpdesk people, log their own jobs via web front end and it also has a knowledgebase so you can add articles of things that may be useful to people.
We have it set up so when jobs have been allocated/completed etc it emails the user to let them know etc.

Edit- if you look at the add ons for it they also have a windows mobile application although cant say how well it works as we dont use this.
