Hi Gang,

First WC bulild and its a scratching head moment, I've got a http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-069-XS&groupid=962&catid=1519&subcat= going onto a http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-490-AS&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=2174 and I'm a bit puzzled. The thumb screws that have come with the CPU block arent chunky enough to be used on the existing backplate so I've removed the cpu housing from the front and the plate from the back of the mobo. The supplied 2011 plate that comes with the CPU block doesnt have any holes to allow the front housing to be put back on to clamp down the CPU. Do I need to throw all that away and just use the CPU block to hold the chip on through the mobo into the new backplate supplied with the CPU block or do I need a thicker set of thumb screws to allow me to use the existing mobo's housing and back plate?

Thanks in advance,

Jules
