I've got some with a hair light, and whilst it works in others, it did not work for this pose, as it messed with tones of her skin a lot and made her look almost a completely different colour at times! But I agree a light with a snoot on it to focus just on the hair would have finished it off nicely.

No, I was a noob and had the ISO really high for some stupid reason

BUT thank god for thick women! she saw those 2 and said 'I like the grainy effect you have put on them! gives it a retro look'

I suppose you did pretty good without me though How many flashes were you using?

2 mate, a 430ex II and Johnnys 580ex (which I need to send back to him) - Had the 580 firing into the umbrella as its more powerful then the 430 and had a friend of mine holding the 430 and pointing wherever instructed
