Hero?

I expect an influx of posters saying he shouldn't have been arrested and going off on one at the police for doing it. Followed by a few posters with common sense who know the police have to arrest him as it's the law and he probably won't be charged anyway.

Stupid vigilantes. Should've let him have what he wanted, then let the police deal with it. No chance will a court side with him.

Did you not read the last post when this happened, was released without charge.

Although there's basically no details on what happened here.

What was he stabbed with? I'd be curious to know, as it could suggest pre-meditation on the part of the florist.

Florists will have knifes and scissors around for flour displays and the like.

Witnesses recall hearing the florist saying:

"Roses are red
Violets are blue
Come at me, bro
So I can stab you"

Hence the attempted murder claim.

Depending on the evidence it may not even go to court, that is why the Police make the arrest and then investigate to see if any crime has been committed.

Why is this such a difficult concept for people?

If the florist is clever then he would have used scissors which can easily be claimed he would have laying around for his job, pity he didn't eliminate the brother too.

I only know what I have seen from TV programs tbh but my point was, when the police arrested him, they had to arrest him for something. Surely they would go for the most likely case which I would have thought would be Attempted Manslaughter over Attempted Murder. This would be due to the fact it was most likely not premeditated.

I don't really know how it works though, if the guy had hidden a Katana under the counter and used that then it may suggest otherwise.

let the police deal with it, you having a laugh ?

what percentage of crime do you think the police solve?

they would have just got away and been free to do it again to someone else
