Heroes

I watched all this ages ago... but i didnt really give it much thought as i was still going through Lost :p

Now lost isnt on til next year ive started watching it on bbc...

Its well good, i wasnt really getting involved when i watched them before.. but now... wow!

Ive lost my lost addiction for the time being. Its nice watching them in sequence too.. I didnt know where i was before
 
Saw the first lot of episodes last week, fantastic.

Claire Bennet is pretty :eek: :D

And Hiro Nakamura is funny if you ask me. :D

Weather it comes close to LOST, we will have to see.

Have we got an offical LOST thread, NO? Shame.... :(

I have seen on 1 of the UK's major entertainment sites they are realeasing the DVD on the 20th of December, more waiting i'm affraid

The region 1 DVD and region free HD-DVD is released on Aug 28th. In the UK they are obviously holding back the release to coincide with/after the end of the BBC2 run.

As season 1 on BBC2 ends in December and Season 2 starts airing on Sep 24th in USA it will not be possible.

BBC2 would be in a position to start showing it in say January, however I reckon they will hold it back to start in the summer again. Personally I think they should play season 2 as soon as they finish season 1 and that will mean they will be maybe 14 weeks behind USA (series 2 is set to be 30 episodes).
They would be crazy not to capitalise on it's popularity and show it straightaway, considering they have paid just under $10,000,000 for rights to show season 2. They may as well as it is almost certain that Sky will outbid them for season 3.

Just to clarify,

BBC3 will be showing 1 episode ahead every week at 10pm. (Like Channel 4 do with some shows and show the next episode on E4).

Could anyone who is going to watch 1 week ahead pace on BBC3 not spoil it for others in this thread which is at BBC2 Pace.
