Hey!Broadband gigafast - anyone here used it?

I was somehow convinced that vouchers could only be redeemed for carriers that operated a wholesale model, so either I was mistaken or these provides do all offer a wholesale model in a "yeah we do that, we have no tenants though and also our retail side will undercut our wholesale pricing so you'd never make a business case anyway".
 
Any updated feedback from ocuk Hey broadband customers?

They have been in our area posting leaflets, and I had some guy call round door to door on Friday. The price seems quite attractive 25/month for 900 MBps vs 35/month that we are currently paying with BT for ~40mbps.

The things that are causing me major doubts are:

- Do we need it? although it seems quite slow in comparison, we havent had any issues with our data speeds with BT. We can stream HD content fine, download videogames etc so I am not really sure why we need the extra speed. It has also been incredibly relaible for us, never had any drops in service. My wife and I work from home a fair bit, so consistent service is essential.

- Can Hey broadband be trusted -hey broadband seems to have some terrible reviews! - so that is why I was wanting a bit more insight from any ocuk users
