Not heard much about it, but based on my own experience with a "C" model (takes DDR2 and DDR3 RAM) I wouldn't take it. My board overvolts my RAM, doesnt like overclocking and doesnt post properly even when at stock. Based on the fact that the non-DDR3 model is solid I would assume that this is a problem. The Abit boards are strongly recommended by most, and to be honest I havent heard much about the Asus ones, but they are usually solid.
