For real world checking try Real Bench for a couple of hours. If you want to be brutal run a torture test for an hour of Prime95.

Don't use OCCT or Prime if using a Haswell based cpu. They both use AVX instructions which really hammer Haswell plus if you are using offset or adaptive voltage they will force a extra 0.1v to be used giving you a completely unrealistic result in both stability and temps. Use Asus Realbench as Dog suggests or just play your favourite game.
