well Slytherin are the bad guys, although a few twists in the story regarding this, i think my kids queuing up for the new book release then disappearing to their bedrooms to read in one go started my interest but also into lotr
Sod Harry Potter, Joanne Kathleen Rowling is the more mature man's bit of totty, plus she's got a few bob, and knows the difference between a proper woman and, err, one of them alphabet ones....
