hey wondering if anyone knows where i can get some led lights that can go around the edge of my desk

as the title says im looking to buy some led lights that will go around the back edge of my desk and give a led mood to my room would be nice if someone can give some advice where to buy and how to go about it...

i got 2 tables and want them both lit as there both in a corner

You want a mains to 12v DC plug, anything rated at 12v 1000ma or more should be suitable (for example http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AC-DC-MAI...387?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item3cc05ca373)

Then you just cut the wires, strip them back a bit and wire up the two connectrs coming from the LED strip.

If they are for your PC desk you can easily tap 12v from a molex plug in your PC (carefully mind)

Those RGB ones are good because they often come with a remote that you can adjust not only the colour but also the brightness. Complete kits with power adaptor like the Ikea one tend to be more than buying separate items from China.

can anyone see if they can find me something like rob has except blue
