Hi there,
Wondering if you could help me...
I have a colleague at work who has recently bought a new laptop and has been using it fine for a couple of months but has recently discovered an error message being displayed while booting up.
It says...
The System DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory.
The application will not run properly.
The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\Windows\System32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for windows systems DLLS.
The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL
What's this all about then? Is it some kind of active x thing and what the best way of fixing it?
Regards
Phil
