Havent been around here for quite a while.
Is it still mayhem?

Anyway, for those who know me I just wanted to share I went and bought a nice shiny engagement ring last week here in New York. Prices on rocks are just so cheap here compared to the UK. Anyone looking to spend a grand or more on a ring in the UK should consider going here as the difference will pay for the ticket.
Going back to sweden next week and will pop the question!!

I am so nervous. What a joke.

I have a few ideas of what to do, but if you have ideas and experience in the field, please recommend!

Saw in the paper that someone put an engagement ring in a bauble and put in on the Christmas tree, then told his partner 'There's a surprise on the tree'. Great idea.

Oh God can you imagine if he had loads of the same bauble on the tree and forgot which one had the ring in?! Be like "Ahhh poop

The way I would do it, is take her on holiday. Probably for an anniversary or birthday. Go to a 5 star restaurant. Then take her for a walk in some nice area close by. And then get down on one knee.
