You need to remove that link! Your not allowed to link to competitors, not even to use their photos lol You don't want to get banned.

If you are really that worried about it. Take the mobo out and take a picture of the area in question so we can see it clearly. I do think you are worrying over nothing though to be honest buddy
 
Has this been resolved yet??? if not I tell you what it might be. The case is a cooler master and when I built my friends into a CM case I had the same problem and if you look you will see that maybe one or two of the risers have a different design and they are a fraction bit taller and if you put one these in the hole by the top of the ports it will rise the board up just that fraction to make it not align.

I changed the riser and the board sat nice. As looking at the pic, the usb ports are rised slighty. This is what happened to me and it took me 20 mins to work this out and I couldnt believe it was so simple.
