I don't think you'll find many proper stereo hi-fi amps with digital inputs. There's plenty of AV Receivers of course, but that's getting away from the true hi-fi ethos.
You could always look at getting an external DAC to convert optical to analogue on stereo phonos. Look up "LINDY SPDIF Digital to Analogue Stereo Audio Converter" which will cost around £45
