High end build

I need a high end build for 9,000 I was thinking a Titan or two just the tower no os or anything a raid card would be good I need a lot of hdd space and ssd space a very good cpu I will be doing things such as watching porn, downloading porn streaming porn and I have heard this is very graphically intensive so that's why such a high budget.
