Im confused why do you want something better than the 4770k and upto 64gb of ram. I assume this is for something more than gaming? Am I right?

I have built a basic 4770k PC for my work (3D modelling and rendering), then quickly moved on and have purchased parts for a dual xeon PC.

This PC I'm currently building is for home use, so being able to do the modelling and rendering as well as playing games.

Hope that makes sense! :)
