High speed NGFF SSDs release date

Anyone know when these will be available as one of these can be added
to the new Asus maximus extreme vi

I've been scouring the net too, I'm on the market to upgrade my 256gb SSD to a 512 and figured I'd wait for an M.2 NGFF SSD. There's not a lot of information and also not a lot of 1st generation Haswell motherboards that support the new standard (apart from the Maximus VI as you say) so I'd expect we'd see availability in Q4 of this year if we're lucky.

I'm going to utilise the mcombo card on the max vi and remove the wi fi module and add a mpcie ssd as a cache drive
