Hi.

I'm doing this CCNA thing at college at the moment, I find the best way to learn is to print it all off and highlight the important bits, problem with this is using lots of paper which I don't want to do when I can do it on my PC.

So just wondering if there is any software where I can paste it all in and just hold left click, highlight it and then it's highlighted, no having to mess with formatting, or is this possible with MS Office 2007?

Thanks
Will.

You could probably write a macro in word to control the input that results in the highlighting. For example, if you held ctrl-shift then mouse over or something it could change the text background to a preset colour. I'm sure it would be easy to do and better than selecting the text then changing the colour manually.

Or use the format painter tool - should do the job.
