HIS 7950 on this week only - is it reference ?

is the card in the link above a reference model ?

Looking at the manufacturer code and the cooler I would take a stab at saying it was. If it is reference woul dit be voltage unlocked also ?

I also assume it wouldn't pose a problem trying to run in in crossfire with an MSI 7950 OC v2 ?

I dont think it is cos reference has the fan on the back end? i dunno i may be wrong
