Hi,

I'm sure this has been posted before so forgive my laziness. I'm about to buy a HIS x1950 Pro 256Mb v2 for £120 frm OcUK. My PSU is 365W enermax. Will this be enough? My main question however, is this:

After all the complaints and RMA's of the previous cards, have HIS solved all the issues with this new revision or are there any remaining faults and/or niggles??

Also, judging by my rig in my sig, I am being a bit daft using this card instead of something a bit cheaper? My current card is a 9700Pro (not the 7600GT in sig as it's being RMA'd)

I've noticed the Gainward 7600GT's price has been dropped, should I settle/be more suited with that? Bearing in mind I may upgrade to 4Core Asrock + Core2Duo in a year and would be able to keep my x1950pro, if I got one.

Thanks, please advise.....

OCUK told me that my 350w Enermax would not be sufficient to run a 1950 card, if you do buy the card and have problems with it using your existing PSU they probably wouldn't want to RMA it until you tried a higher rated PSU.
