Hi all

Received this TV earlier in the week and it seems great, mostly - a definite upgrade on my 22 inch Samsung I had previously.

One thing I've noticed though is that the top edge of the screen doesn't have a "crisp" edge like the others. Depending on the angle you're viewing at, you can see some sort of gradient and then a bright line (and some sort of connectors I think they are?). TV is higher than I'd like, but I don't think abnormally high for a family with young kids.

I've attached a photo of what I consider to be a crisp edge, completely straight - vs - the top edge which gets darker but not just straight to black (if that makes sense).

Hope this makes sense.

Thanks

Anyone please?

I've been offered an exchange but unsure if this is just likely to be standard for this model - and so I may get a worse TV (dead pixels etc.) if I exchange.

I would say that that doesn't look like it should be like that. Why not accept the exchange but with the caveat that if the replacement is the same then get a refund/different TV?

It may be that the screen shifted somehow in transit, etc.
