Well, no claims bonus excepted.

Never had a no claims bonus affected by an accident which is anothers fault.

By non-fault I am referring to not the insureds fault, another party is accountable, not nobody to blame.

My poor terminology in this case I think.

I understood what you meant, but I thought you could still lose some NCB even if you aren't at fault.

Must admit I've never had a non-fault accident, just several fault ones ;(
 
no fault accident means that when the insurance companies check to see if the policy holder is declaring correctly, it will see that yes, he has been involved in an accident, but he wasn't at fault.
