Hit the limits of "n" wifi?

Just thought I'd update this, went down the route of cable- arrived today and have the pc hooked up (although atm the cable is just laying on the landing before going into my room with pc, so a bit of a death trap but I'l get that sorted soon ;) lol)
 
I have the same connection as you and face similar issues. I'm still on the HH3 and strangely the only computer that can max out the connection speed on wireless is my rMbp (the older non ac model). even my desktop which has an intel 6300 wireless chip only manages 50Mbps. I solved the problem by getting some cheap 100Mbps homeplugs.
