Hywel Dda University Health Board (UHB) are the first in Wales to launch a public PA system discouraging smokers from lighting up outside their Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire hospitals.

While I agree we don't necessarily know what's being emitted by e-vaping devices, I do think this is a step too far. A simple sign should do.
