Hitachi Deskstar SATA-II 250GB vs WD Raptor 150GB

How will the Hitachi perform to the WD Raptor. Will there be a big noticeable factor between the two used in a web server environment.

Hitachi Deskstar T7K250 NCQ 250GB SATA-II 8MB Cache
Western Digital Raptor 150GB WD1500ADFD 10,000RPM SATA 16MB

Have a look for reviews of both drives, I think I read in a Hitachi review that the I/O performance of the T7K250 was a lot lower than competing drives.

They are faster at transferring data but can't handle a lot of things at once so it might not be the ideal drive for a webserver.
