hitachi or samsung spinpoint - fast but quiet setup (raid0)

as title says, im deciding between a

Samsung SpinPoint T HD501LJ 500GB SATA-II 16MB Cache - OEM

or

Hitachi Deskstar T7K500 NCQ 500GB SATA-II 16MB Cache - OEM (0A33437)

its a pc used in a bedroom so im doing away with the seagate 7200.10 is a noisy bugger and cant have the pc on downloading through he night.

im looking to set up the drives in raid0, can anyone give me any pointers as to which set up will be better?

Both good, but the Samsung just about wins for lack of noise.

I haven't heard the T7K500s but I've got 8 T7K250s in a RAID5 array and while they're not noisy per se they have a very physical seek action which comes across as a sort of rumbling/shaking noise. I'm not sure I'd want that in something I was sleeping close to.
