The song Enola Gay should be easily recognisable for anyone that was around at the time (History Mode On - For those that didnt know this, Enola Gay is the B-29 Bomber that dropped the atomic bomb on Hiroshima - History Mode Off). Im not sure whether you're suggesting that the songs are just crap (which is fair enough as with most things from the 80's) or that you havent heard of them. I think you'd recognise the main tune from Enola Gay if you heard it though. I only added Tesla Girls because of the posters name, lol, but even that should be reasonably recognisable. There's at least 2 or 3 other OMD songs mentioned by other people in the thread as well.

I didnt actually spot the late 80's part in the title, only the mention of songs from the 80's in the post itself, thats why a fair few of the ones i posted are pretty early.

I remember a holiday with the lads in brid i just seemed to be irrisistable to all the females for some reason (the poncy hair maybe) :) and on the way into town my m8 would put on the spandau album true and duran duran rio, anything from those albums brings back memorys and is on my list
