Buy it from www.steampowered.com which seems to be a bit easier to get into

It will fire up steam just for the purchasing bit but I couldn't even get that far trying to browse the games through Steam.

ok st00pid qestion. To back up the stuff when i purchase. Do i just stick the .gcf files onto CD and that's it? everything backed up?

Oddly my CS:Source is updating now even though it was all loaded, 16 minutes remaining :rolleyes:

Edit: Ah it's at 96% but Steam is going so slowly it's not updating very fast

yeah ive got it, i cant see any servers for it . i just had to restart steam. i made my own server and played abit of italy , it looked good
