Hi All,

Please could someone *Recommend* me a Half Life 2 MOD, I would like to play through the game again (4th Time :)). But mix things up a bit with a MOD, I have heard good things about CM8?, but I am on XP non 64bit so I don't think I can go there after reading the info on it...

cm 8.2 is good just make sure you don't run the character pimper *shudders* and also delete the sounds folders so you still have the original music

if you want a mod giving you a new campaign try the excellent Minerva Metastasis, grab it from the link , choose # Collective Transmission (BitTorrent)

+1 for Minerva.

CM8 will not run on 32bit.. well, it will, but it'll fail to load past 'A Red Letter Day'.
 
+1 for the FakeFactory cinematic mod - wonderful stuff, if your rig can push all the extra details around ^
 
I just remembered, i found a new spotting of the G-Man which ive never seen before, you know when you come out of Ravenholme onto those train tracks with those sniper gits, well at the end of there where those trains are crashed (where you have to go into that building to get taken through to the buggy), well if you go right up agains't the crashed trains and look through a gap, you see the G-Man start walking through the tunnel. :D
 
Yeah I think I noticed him then, but it was over a year ago since i last played.

I mnight have to try some of these mods out :)

Whats the character pimper anyway =/
